Forward Health Group, a leader in value-based population health solutions, is highly rated and praised by providers in the “2015 Population Health Management Performance” report, which was released today by KLAS, a group that helps health care providers make informed technology decisions by reporting accurate, honest and impartial vendor performance data.
Forward Health Group received the highest preliminary rating scores for its solution PopulationManager® in the report: 90.1 out of 100, increasing its rating from last year by nearly 3 points. The KLAS report examined 24 vendors in the Population Health Management (PHM) market to provide insight into the types of solutions that are available today, focusing closely on validating vendor functionalities and capabilities through conducting 213 interviews. Forward Health Group shined in this report by helping ambulatory practices, clinics and medical centers obtain the goal of improving population health and meeting the objectives of quality initiatives and pay-for-performance program through providing trustworthy data, engaging doctors and leveraging and optimizing current EMRs.
